All Shelves Bookstore sales are final.

Our Reading Is a Lifestyle subscription book picks are newly released hardcover books (original trade or self-published paperback titles do not qualify at this time).

Pre-order titles should be ordered separately to avoid holding up the delivery of other items in your order.

Local pickup orders that are not picked up by the customer within 30 days after the first “Your order is ready for pickup” notice is sent to the email address on your Shelves Bookstore order will be automatically canceled and will not be refunded.

If your Shelves Bookstore order was delivered with missing, damaged, and/or the wrong items, please send an email to orders@shelvesbookstore.com with photos of the items you received.

Don’t worry! Shipping orders uninsured is very common and totally safe, plus it helps us keep shipping costs low. The only drawback is that claims cannot be filed for uninsured USPS packages.

Although the likelihood of orders getting lost or damaged in transit is low, our team is NOT responsible for resolving these issues. Please contact your local post office for assistance first. 

If you order books and apparel in a single order, we may ship those items in separate packages.

Please do not arrive to pick up your order without having first received an email from Shelves Bookstore notifying you that it is ready for pick up at Enderly Coffee Co.

Please email the Shelves Bookstore team at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery if you need to reschedule it.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of their order en route to its destination and/or pick up their order once this notification has been sent.

Please complete our contact form and in the “message” field, include the title(s) of the book(s) you want to order, approximate quantity, and delivery city & state. We DO NOT issue discount codes for groups or organizations.
